We spied this for a really long time… it went from not needed to would be nice to have to going to Dubai to see if it was cheaper there (unfortunately…it was!). Didn’t buy it then as we went through the same, should we or should we not indulge. Well, in the end, the Robinsons’ sales did the trick… hee hee…

They came yesterday to put up the solid top. It did not take as long as I thought it would and overall, I was quite satisfied with the top as well as the service by the company. The solid top is LG Hi-Macs and it is supplied by “Luxx Newhouse” or something like that. Apparently, they are also supplying the Quartz.

Today, they’re fitting the kitchen cabinet into the kitchen. It’s quite exciting because I have never seen a space filled up so quickly within 3 hours… hahahah… And Phew, the colour turned out nicely…

I bit the bullet and well… if I was going to get a good size sink, I might as well go for something with a design edge as well. Drainers are very much of the straight-line design these days; not much thought is put into a sink design, let alone the drainer… which brings me to why I chose this particular Teka design. It breaks away from the usual lines and attempts to embolden the part of the sink that we least regard. The “T” shape was all it needed to blow the competition away…
